Chocolate Covered Cherry Mice

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Chocolate almond bark
- 1 pkg Hersheys chocolate kisses
- 2 jars maraschino cherries, drained, rinsed with stems
- 1 sml pkg Sliced almonds
- 1 sml tube Decorating gel (red)

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare large cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.
Drain cherries & rinse then dry on a paper towel.
Unwrap all Hershey's kisses & set aside.
Melt 6 squares of chocolate in the microwave, 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each time.
Dip cherries, one at a time in melted chocolate and set on waxed paper to dry.
Using melted chocolate, adhere 2 slices of almonds to the flat part of the kiss for the ears of your mouse.
After sticking all the ears on, use chocolate to stick the flat part of the kiss to the chocolate covered cherry.
Using decorative gel, make eyes for each mouse.
Let set for 30 minutes to make sure everything is dry.
Store in a tin or airtight container.
