Orange Delight Cake

Ingredients

• 1 box orange or lemon cake mix
• 1 can peach pie filling
• 2 med-lg eggs
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
• 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 20 oz can undrained crushed pineapple
• 1 9 oz carton Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Ignore directions on cake mix box and mix as follows:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

With whisk, mix cake mix, pie filling, eggs & sour cream, about 1 minute.

Pour into an ungreased jelly roll pan ( 11" X 17" X 1")

Bake 30-35 minutes.

Let cool.

Whip together the cream cheese, dry pudding mix & the undrained pineapple.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Spread on cooled cake & refrigerate.
