Ingredients
- 4 lg Ripe avocados, preferably Haas
- 1 small onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 2 teasp Lemon juice
- 1 teasp Garlic salt
- 1 small Sour cream
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cut avocados in half, remove seed and scoop out avocado into a bowl. Mash with electric mixer.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Keep covered & chilled until served.
