Ingredients

    T butter

  • c pecans

  • ¼

    t season salt

  • 2

    t parsley

  • ½

    lb sharp cheddar, shredded

  • 3

    oz cream cheese, soft

  • 2

    T milk

  • 1

    T mustard

  • 1

    t worcestershire sauce

  • ½

    t hot sauce

Directions

In skillet, melt butter; add pecans, saute till brown, stir often. Stir in season salt, parsley; cool & set aside. In small bowl: combine cheese, milk, mustard, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce. Blend well. Put in frig about 1 hour. On wax paper, spread pecan mix and shape cheese mix into ball, rolling in pecan mix to cover cheeseball.
