Ingredients
- 3-4 Skinless/boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large bag frozen broccoli pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup + mayo
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 1 bag wide egg noodles
- 6-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1-2 tablespoons melted butter

Step 1
Cook noodles per bag instructions/drain. Blanch broccoli/drain. Cook chicken on med. high heat in water till pink interior is gone/do not over cook/drain. Cut chicken up in pieces. (Cut to the bite size you like)
Mix the soup, mayo, sherry and lemon juice together. Use a 9x13 baking dish. Layer in the following order; noodles, broccoli, chicken, repeat. Top with sauce. Then put on cheese, top with bread crumbs and then melted butter.
Bake at 350* for 35 to 45 minutes, covered with foil or cheese will burn. Can be made ahead (do not cook) and freeze with a good cover.
P.S. Turkey can be substituted for chicken.
