Ingredients

  • Egg centers:
  • 21 oz. Coconut
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Ganache:
  • 1 can frosting creations
  • 1 chocolate almond flavor pack
  • 1 12 oz bag milk chocolate chips
  • Chocolate to dip:
  • 1 24 oz almond bark, you can use either plain white or add food coloring for a specific color or chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl combine coconut and powdered sugar and 1 can sweetened condensed milk and mix thoroughly.

In bowl,heat chocolate chips on high for 1*2 minute, stir until melted.

Microwave the frosting creations can for 20 seconds add in chocolate almond flavor ,mix with chocolate chips.

Using a spoon drop a tablespoon of chocolate mix onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets. Flatten out the chocolate, spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of coconut onto chocolate in center add almond. Fold the chocolate mixture over the coconut filling and shape into egg shapes. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Microwave the almond bark on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stir until smooth. Dip eggs and return them to wax covered cookie sheets. Freeze eggs about 15 minutes and then decorate as you wish.
