Ingredients

• 1 large ricotta(2 lbs)
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons anisette liquor
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon

• 1 cake mix(any flavor)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

mix together ricotta, eggs, sugar, liquor, cinnamon

mix together together cake mix, milk, eggs

grease pan. pour cake mix on bottom, pour ricotta mix on top.

bake 350 for 1 hour.
