Ingredients

  • 1 Redi Pie Crust
  • 4-6 lg tomatoes (sliced 1/4 inch thick)
  • 3 tblsp flour
  • 2 teasp Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3 tblsp dried basil leaves
  • 2-3 cups shredded colby-jack cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Preparation

Step 1

Bake crust 5 minutes.

Layer 4-6 sliced tomatoes in crust.

Lightly dust tomatoes with flour.

Sprinkle with salt & pepper.

Sprinkle with basil.

Combine colby cheese & mayo & spread over the top.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
