Ingredients
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 teasp salt
- 1 cup uncooked Minute rice
- 1 can Eagle Brand Milk
- 2 tblsp vanilla
- 2 teasp nutmeg to taste
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine rice, milk, water & salt.
Cook & simmer until rice is tender.
Stir in Eagle Brand Milk.
Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat & add vanilla.
Spoon pudding into bowls & top with sprinkling of nutmeg.
