Ingredients
- 1/2 bushel tomatoes (peeled, cored & diced)
- 6 large onions (peeled & chopped)
- 4 large bell peppers (seeded & chopped)
- 4 large banana peppers
- 4 med-lg jalapeno peppers
- 3 cloves garlic (peeled & crushed)
- 1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
- 2 tblsp salt
- 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp per jar Fruit Fresh

Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in large kettle, cook, remove excess juice.
Boil separately banana peppers & jalapeno peppers, cool & remove seeds, then chop.
Add to tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt & cilantro.
Cook to desired thickness.
Add vinegar just before you bottle.
Pressure cook for 10 minutes.
