Ingredients
- 2 large Steaks (cut is optional0
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 tblsp Meat Tenderizer or Grill Mates Southwest Seasoning Pkg
- 1 tblsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tblsp Liquid smoke
- 1 gallon Ziploc bag
- 1 bags Charcoal briquets

Preparation
Step 1
Heat briquets until gray or white
Sprinkle tenderizer on both sides of steak and puncture steaks to let tenderizer get into meat
Place oil, garlic salt & liquid smoke into gallon bag with 1 cup water. mix
Place steaks into Ziploc and roll around to coat all sides
When coals are ready, remove steaks from the bag and place steaks on grill and close grill lid
Let cook 5 - 7 minutes per side
Remove steaks onto platter & cover with foil
Let steaks sit undisturbed for 5-10 minutes to make juices not run out. Serve
