Banana Split Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 4 lg eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teasp vanilla
• 1 lg can crushed pineapple
• 2 pkg frozen strawberries (thawed with juice)
• 4 lg bananas (mashed)
• 1 quart chocolate milk
• 1 pint whipping cream
• 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, drained, rinsed & chopped
• 1 box ice cream or rock salt
• 2 bags ice (crushed or cubes)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs well.

Add sugar and vanilla.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into ice cream freezer.

Churn until frozen and firm.
