Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teasp soda
- 2 lg eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 stick butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients & mix well (not with electric mixer)
Pour into a sprayed 9" X 13" baking pan & bake 25-30 minutes or until done.
While cake is baking, in a small saucepan combine last 5 ingredients & bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
Pour over cooked cake while still warm.
