Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups lukewarm water
- 2 pkg dry yeast
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teasp salt
- 3 tblsp shortening
- 5 cups flour
- 4 tblsp cinnamon sugar (1 part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar)
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 2 tblsp milk
- 1 teasp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water, mix sugar and salt and stir.
Gradually add 5 cups flour and shortening and knead about 5 minutes.
Let rise until doubled in size.
Roll out onto a floured board.
Brush with melted butter.
Evenly distribute cinnamon sugar.
Roll dough into a tube.
Cut into 1/2 - 1 inch pieces and lay flat on sprayed baking sheet.
Bake @350 degrees 12-15 minutes or until brown.
Whisk powdered sugar, milk and vanilla together & drizzle over warm rolls.
