Ingredients

  • 1 Large, Kosher Salami (Costco)
  • 9 ozs. Apricot Preserves
  • 1/2 jar Honey Mustard
  • 4 Tbs. regular mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Slice a little off of the bottom of the salami so that it lies flat in a rectangular pyrex dish.

Make x's (score) across the whole top of the salami, through 3/4's of the way down.

Bake at 350 degrees until it opens, basting every 20 min. for 1 1/2 hours.

Take it out of the pyrex dish and put it on a serving platter along with a knife and fork for easly self-serving.
