Ingredients
- 1 pkg Lg Elbow Macaroni
- 1 lg Bell Pepper's (finely chopped)
- 1 lg Onion (chopped)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups Turkey or Chicken (cubed)
- 2 Tblsp Butter
- 5 slices Velvetta Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet melt butter & saute onions & bell pepper.
In a large pot cook macaroni according to pkg directions
Stir soups & milk into the onions & bell peppers in the skillet.
Stir turkey into mixture.
Drain macaroni & add mixture to macaroni.
Pour into a casserole dish or large baking pan.
Top with cheese
Bake @ 350 degrees 30 minutes or until bubbly
