Ingredients

4 lg eggs (slightly beaten)
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick
2 cups milk
1 teasp vanilla
1/2 stick butter
1 7 oz bag flake coconut

Preparation

Step 1

With whisk combine eggs, sugar, Bisquick, milk, vanilla, melted butter & coconut.

Pour into a sprayed 9" pie plate.

Bake @350 degrees for 30 minutes.
