Ingredients
- 50 small peaches (washed, do not peel or cut)
- 6 cups water
- 5 cups sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 teasp cinnamon
- 1 teasp nutmeg
- 1 teasp allspice
- 1 teasp ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except peaches and cook 30 minutes.
Add peaches and cook until tender. (Ripe peaches 7-10 min. / Green peaches 20-30 min.)
Put into clean sterilized jars leaving 1/2 inch from rim and seal.
Place in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
