Garden Pasta Bake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg Penne or other medium pasta shape
• 1/2 cup onions (peeled & chopped)
• 1 tblsp butter
• 1 can tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
• 1 can whole kernel corn (drained)
• 1 can cut green beans (drained)
• 1 sml mushrooms (drained)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain pasta.

Combine all ingredients with 1/2 of the cheese.

Place in a sprayed casserole dish & top with the other half of the cheese.

Bake @350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly & cheese is melted.
