Ingredients
- 6 lg eggs (separated)
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 gallon milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tblsp vanilla
- 1 box ice cream or rock salt
- 1-2 bags Crushed ice or ice cubes

Preparation
Step 1
Separate egg yolks & whites. Salt egg yolks in bowl & beat.
Mix remaining ingredients but only with 1/2 of the milk.
Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into prepared mixture.
Pour into ice cream freezer and add the rest of the milk to fill line.
Churn until frozen & firm.
