Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teasp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pkg yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 small whip cream

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine sugar, spice, eggs, pumpkin & milk, mix well.

Pour into a 9"X13" baking pan.

Sprinkle with cake mix to top & chopped pecans.

Bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

Chill

Cut into squares & top with whipped cream.
