Three Egg Omelet

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 med-lg Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 3 tblsp Onion (chopped)
- 3 tblsp Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
- 3 slices Velvetta Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Ham (cubed) or Bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 2 tblsp Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs with milk
Add the remaining ingredients
Pre-heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Put butter in to melt
Pour in egg mixture
Cook until heat has set eggs and the edges will lift easily with a spatula
Lift edges to let uncooked center part flow out to cook in skillet with the rest of omelet
Add 1/2 of cheese to center of omelet & fold the sides in
Add the other 1/2 of cheese to the top to melt
Serve warm
