Red Velvet Waffles

Ingredients

• 1 packet Red Velvet Cake Mix
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips
• 2 cans Creamy Home-Style Cream Cheese Frosting
• 1 packet Frosting Creations White Chocolate Raspberry Flavor Mix
• 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat waffle iron.

Whisk together cake mix, eggs and milk until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips. Pour batter on waffle iron and cook per instructions.

Scoop both cans of frosting into a bowl mix in the flavor packet. Crush ½ cup of raspberries and mix into frosting.

Serve waffles warm topped with the frosting and garnished with the other 1/2 cup of raspberries.
