Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

• 4 lg eggs
• 2 boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
• 1 small onion (chopped)
• 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted)
• 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
• 2 pkgs chopped broccoli (thawed & drained)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients, adding the broccoli last.

Pour batter into a sprayed 9"X13" baking dish.

Bake @350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
