Dried Beef Cheese Ball

This is a great recipe to place in a holiday mold lined with Saran Wrap before refrigerating.

Ingredients

• 2 lg pkgs Cream cheese (softened)
• 1 jar Dried beef (chopped finely)
• 6 Green onions (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

Cut a large sheet of plastic wrap and set to the side.

In a large bowl with your hands, combine all ingredients.

Form a large ball and move to the piece of plastic wrap.

After washing your hands, wrap plastic wrap around cheese ball and roll out until it is the shape you want.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
