- 3 tblsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Pecan halves

Preparation
Step 1
Line baking sheet with foil. Butter foil. Set baking sheet aside.
In heavy 10 inch skillet melt butter over medium heat; stir in sugar.
Add pecans
Cook over med-low heat, stirring constantly, 4-5 minutes or until sugar melts and turns rich, golden brown.
Remove skillet from heat.
Spread pecan mixture onto prepared baking sheet.
Cool completely. Break apart into small pieces.
Store in airtight container or Ziploc
