Lollipop Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 box Cake Mix (& any ingredients to prepare cake)
- 1 can Icing (any flavor to compliment the cake flavor)
- 2 pkg of 24 Lollipop sticks
- 1 pkg Chocolate candy melts or almond bark
- 1 tube Duff's candy writer (what ever color you need)

Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake according to pkg directions. Let cool.
Crumble cake into a large bowl.
Add 1/2 can of icing to the crumbled cake & mix with electric mixer.
Using a scooper to maintain uniform sizes, roll cake mixture into individual balls & place on wax paper lined cookie sheets.
You may want to freeze these at this point to store for later to finish or to make it easier to dip in chocolate.
Place a lollipop stick in each cake roll.
Melt bag of chocolate candy melts in a glass.
Dip each cake into melted chocolate & place on wax paper to dry (you can add sprinkles if wanted while they are still wet)
After dry using candy writer make eyes or decorations on each cake.
When dry, place on a tray to serve or place in individual lollipop bags with a ribbon tie.
