Cheese Ball, Dried Beef

Ingredients

• 1 (2 1/4) oz. jar dried beef
• 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
• 1/2 cup chopped green onion
• 1/4 t. garlic powder
• 1/8 to 1/4 t. hot sauce
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except nuts. Chill 1 hour. Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Chill up to 3 days. Serve with unsalted crackers.
