Ingredients

  • 6 c. sliced zucchini
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. croutons
  • 1/2-1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preparation

Step 1

Cook zucchini until tender.

Saute carrots and onions in 2 Tbsp. butter.

Mix all and put into casserole.

Top with croutons sauted in 2 Tbsp butter
