Ingredients
- 8 ozs of penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 T olive oil
- 3 cups chopped tomatoes (2 large tomatoes)
- 1 pkg. (10 ozs) frozen, shopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 pkg. (8 ozs) feta cheese, crumbled

Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and
Mix in oil, tomatoes, spinach, onions. Cook and stir 2 minutes or til heated
Add cheese and cook 1 minute
