Reuben Pizza Roll

Ingredients

• 1 Tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
• 1/4 cup thousand island dressing + 2 TBS for top
• 1/4 lb sliced corned beef deli meat or pastrami, chopped up
• 3/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
• 2 cups grated swiss cheese + 1/2 cup for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Unroll the pizza dough on a greased baking sheet. Press to about 14 by 9. Bake for 8 mins. Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup thousand island dressing over crust all the way to edges. Top with chopped corned beef, sauerkraut, and 2 cups of swiss cheese. Carefully roll up into a tube. Place in a 9x5 loaf pan, seam side down.
Drizzle with remaining dressing and cheese. Back in oven for 10 to 15 min until cheese is bubbly in center.
Remove from pan and slice.
