Ingredients
- 4 chicken fillets
- 4 frozen puff pastry sheets
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & diced
- flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 large egg, whipped
- pepper
- salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cream cheese, onions, parsley, bacon and a pinch of pepper. (can also add in some garlic & grated cheese)
If the chicken is thin, pound it flat, and put 1/4 of the mixture in it & fold over. If it's thick, cut deep slit and fill that.
Place the chicken on top of the puff pastry, with the cream cheese side down. Season the chicken with a generous amount of salt and pepper. Brush the edges with the egg.
Just fold them until you end up with small packages. The egg will function as a glue. Lightly brush the top of the puff pastry with the egg as well.
Place on a cookie sheet & BAKE 400° for 30-35 minutes.
