  • Frosting:
  • 1 cup crisco
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 5 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pound powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cream crisco shortening, sugar and eggs together. Add vanilla and chocolate, milk and mix. Then add flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well blended. Bake at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes. Do not overbake.

Mix frosting together and frost when cooled.
