Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (17-1/2 oz.) sugar cookie mix
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant butterscotch puddingmix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup butterscotch chips

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, cookie mix, pudding mix, butter and egg. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 - 25minutes or until set.
In a large saucepan, combine the caramels and milk. Cook and stir over medium low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pout over crust. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips. Cool completely. Cut into bars. Store in airtight container.
