Ingredients
- 2 Chicken breasts (skinned)
- 2 Chicken legs (skinned)
- 2 Chicken thighs (skinned)
- 3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups Flour
- Oil for frying
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat skillet with approximately 1-2 inches cooking oil @ medium-high heat
Wash chicken pieces & lightly salt
Place flour in a slightly deep dish or bowl
Place eggs in a slightly deep dish or bowl and beat with milk.
Dip piece of chicken in flour then egg mixture then flour again
Lay in hot oil.
After places all chicken in hot oil, cover with a lid and turn heat down to medium.
Turn when brown.
When completely brown on both sides, remove to drain on plate covered with a paper towel.
