Ingredients

  • 2 tblsp butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 tblsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 med-lg egg (beaten well)
  • 1 large instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 large can sliced peaches
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine in a bowl butter, milk, baking powder, flour, egg, pudding mix & juice of drained peaches.

Beat until smooth.

Pour into oblong baking dish.

Place drained peaches on top of mixture.

Whip softened cream cheese & sugar and spread on top of peaches making sure all peaches are covered.

Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
