Ingredients
- 1 cup Light corn syrup
- 3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tblsp Butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Pecan halves
- 1 Unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) pie shell
Details
Servings 6
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk first 5 ingredients.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake approximately 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Let cool at least 1 hour.
