Preparation
Step 1
Slice butter & mix with flour until crumbly.
Pat into a sprayed pie pan or 8" square pan.
Bake @350 degrees until lightly brown.
Cream together cream cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip & 1 cup powdered sugar.
Spread over baked pie crust.
Whisk together instant pudding mix & milk; pour over 1st layer.
Finish with the rest of Cool Whip.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Sprinkle with nuts.
