Pudding Pie

Cathy's recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
• 1 large cool whip
• 2 lg pkgs instant pudding mix (any flavor)
• 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Combine flour, softened butter & nuts.

Press into pie dish; bake @350 degrees until browned.

Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese & 1 cup cool whip; pour into pie crust.

With electric mixer, combine instant pudding mixes with milk.

Spread on top of cream cheese mixture in pie shell.

Top with the rest of cool whip & chill.
