Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 1/2 larg red bell peppers roasted or jar
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c coarsely chopped parsley
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 3 tbs tahini
- 2 tbs cold water
- 3 tbs olive oil
- grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 3/4 ts salt
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Place can beans, red bell peppers, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic in small bowl of processor. Add the tahini, water, olive oil, lemon zest, cumin, salt and pepper and pulse till smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed. Chill for 8 hours or longer to blend flavors. Serve as a dip with fresh veges, pita bread, crackers, crackers. This can be stored, covered in fridge for up to a week
