24 Hour Salad

Fruit and Marshmallow salad. Mom/Grandma (Jean Harrison) made this when Chris & Jennie were growing up.

Ingredients
- 1 bag regular Marshmallows ~ cut into 4 pieces
- 1 jar Maraschino Cherries; set aside 2-3 tbsp juice
- 1 Medium can Crushed Pineapple ~ drained (or use 1 medium can of Fruit Cocktail ~drained)
- 1 pint Half & Half (coffee creamer)

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and add 2-3 Tbsp Cherry juice. Put in refrigerator for minimum of 24 hours, stirring several times.
