Ingredients

  • 1 tangerine, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon ginger puree (peeled, thinly sliced and pureed ginger root)
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 1/2 ounces black tea-infused vodka (see recipe)
  • A splash of Onli Black Tea Tangerine Ginger Sparkling beverage
  • Slice of candied ginger, to garnish

Preparation

Step 1

To Make Tea-Infused Vodka:
Add 1 tablespoon of loose black tea to 1 liter of vodka and let steep for 3 hours.

Muddle 1 tangerine into the ginger puree. To a cocktail shaker filled ¼ with ice add the lemon juice and simple syrup, tea-infused vodka. Add the tangerine and ginger puree.

Shake and serve in a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of candied ginger.
