Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef sirloin
- 1 cup chopped onion (1 large)
- 1 cup sliced celery (2 stalks)
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 28-oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 10 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup flour

Step 1
In Dutch oven cook meat, onion, and celery over medium-high heat until meat is brown, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off the fat.
Stir in one can of the broth, the tomatoes, frozen vegetables, steak, sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
In a medium bowl whisk together the remaining can of broth and flour; stir into meat mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
