Use any unsweetened fresh or frozen fruit you like: Blueberry, blackberry, peach, etc.

Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2-3 cups frozen or fresh fruit
- sugar to sprinkle

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9 X 13" pan.
Whisk together flour, sugar, milk & butter. Pour into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle fruit over mixture (do not stir)
Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream.
