Ingredients

  • 1 cup self rising flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 2-3 cups frozen or fresh fruit
  • sugar to sprinkle

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9 X 13" pan.
Whisk together flour, sugar, milk & butter. Pour into buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle fruit over mixture (do not stir)
Sprinkle top with sugar.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serve warm with ice cream.
