Crockpot Chicken mess

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) Sour Cream
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 C. Milk or water
- 1 (8 oz. ) Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C. finely diced Onion
- 1 C. fresh sliced Mushroom's
- 2 TBSP. Margarine
- 4 Skinless boneless Chicken Breast's: cut into pieces
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 4 C. cooked Brown or White rice

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl place the cut up chicken, sour cream, soup and milk.
Place the diced onion, mushroom's and margarine in a small pan and saute until tender.
When done add to the chicken mixture stir until all coated.
Pour into your crock pot. Cook on low for 4 hrs. or on high for 6 hrs.
The last 45 minutes of cooking add in the cream cheese, cut into small cubes.
If you want to bake in the oven, preheat to 350 and bake for 45 minutes.
Or until chicken is cooked through. Add in cream cheese that has been
cut into small cubes. Bake for another 10 minutes.
To serve, place the cooked rice onto a plate and then spoon over the chicken mixture.
*variation: you can also change out the rice for cooked pasta noodles*
