Ingredients
- 8 medium Potatoes
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 can Evaporated Milk (heated to scalding)
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and wash. Cut into 8 pieces.
Place potatoes in a medium sauce pan and cover them with water.
Place pan on stove and cook potatoes until a fork inserted goes in easy. Drain.
Using an electric mixer, blend potatoes and butter, add milk a little at a time until potato consistancy is the way you want it
Salt & pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
