Ingredients

  • 1 9" Unbaked Pie Shell
  • 2 sticks Butter (melted)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 7 Egg Yolks lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 teasp Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tblsp Corn Meal

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven.

Cream butter and sugar then add egg yolks, vanilla and cream.

Gently blend in corn meal.

Pour into pie shell and bake 35-45 minutes until light brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
