BBQ Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

1 lg refrigerated pizza dough
1 pkg cooked chicken
1 bottle barbeque sauce
2 cups Mozzarella cheese shredded
1 lg purple onion (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

Place pizza dough on pizza sheet or lg cookie sheet.

Mix 1/2 chicken with 1/2 of BBQ sauce.

Spread BBQ sauce on pizza dough.

Add 1/2 cheese, chicken, onions and remainder of cheese.

Bake until browned.

Sprinkle top with cilantro before cutting.
