Ingredients
- 1 can Pink Salmon (drain & remove bone)
- 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
- 2 tblsp Onion (chopped)
- 1 tblsp flour
- 2 tbls milk
- 1/4 cup Bread crumbs or 5 crackers
- Flour for dusting
- Oil for Frying
- Oil for frying

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil to medium heat.
Combine all ingredients
Form patties & dust with flour
Fry until both sides are golden brown
Make gravy from drippings.
