Three Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 4 tblsp All-purpose Flour
• 4 tblsp Sugar
• 2 tblsp Baking Cocoa
• 1 medium Egg
• 3 tblsp Milk
• 3 tblsp Oil
• 3 tblsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
• 1/2 teasp Vanilla
• 1 Microwaveable Coffee Mug

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients together in mug and mix well.

Add egg and mix throughly.

Pour in milk and oil, mix well.

Add chocolate chips and vanilla, mix well.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook 3 min on high.

The cake will rise over the top of the mug, don't be alarmed!!

Allow to cool 3 minutes and turn out onto a plate if desired or eat from the mug.
